Squier Park Homes Tour

We are excited for your visit to our neighborhood! Welcome to Squier Park!

Squier Park is a Historic Neighborhood in Midtown Kansas City. The area was first established in 1880 when J. J. Squier built his family homestead on a section of 100 acres. His home spanned the enitre block of 37th Street and Troost Avenue where DeLaSalle now sits. Squier Manor became known as one of the most beautiful estates in the state of Missouri which prompted Squier to sell off a portion of his acreage for development. Over 100 years later Squier Park still has several homes standing that were built in the 1880's.

Our Biannual Historic Squier Park Homes Tour and Made in Squier Park Market features five historic homes to visit and tour along with a market that highlights Squier Park makers, artists and entrepreneurs.

Registration as well as the Market will be at 36th and Forest. Admission is $10 per person (kids 12 and under are free). Kids can also participate in an inflatable obstacle course!

Tickets can be purchased or donations can be made online here or in person on the day of the event.

We are a vibrant, active and diverse neighborhood and we want to share it with you. We'll see you soon!
